TOGETHER, POSITIVE OUTCOMES MULTIPLY !

After almost 30 years in corporate real estate, I decided to venture out on my own to establish Renren Property Services Pte Ltd. 

Renren is my name in Japanese and 仁人 (ren ren) in Chinese means a benevolent person for whom I aim to be. 

In my younger days when I lived abroad in Japan and Germany, I received lots of goodwill from the Japanese, the Germans and the international friends I met.  It is thus the basis of reciprocating these goodwill that I enjoy helping others, especially foreigners who are treading unfamiliar territory in Singapore, to seek their new homes. 

I have also helped some local friends and clients buy, sell and rent properties and feel happy when they achieve their target and dreams.

I feel that goodwill, trust, respect and cooperation should be mutual which is how the character 人 is built ; each stroke is supported by the other. The character 仁 is a combination of 人 (people) and 二 (two).  Just like the saying goes : it takes two hands to clap.  if "two" is caring and sharing, there will be happiness and success. So Renren is built out of gratitude to serve those who care and share.

I have proven track records of my dedicated services, endorsed with the Salesperson Achievement Award in 2021 by the Singapore Estate Agents Association.
